Reception

To keep your costs to a minimum, BHA Centre offers an unmanned reception area for your business. Clients can be invited to contact you on your mobile upon their arrival at the Centre and make themselves comfortable in Reception until you are ready to welcome them.

Security

The building has a 24/7 security monitoring service, and CCTVs fitted both inside and outside of the building. All after hours door codes are automatically recorded with our security company whenever you enter or leave the building. Security will need to be advised of out-of-hours access and departure, phone number and code to be supplied.. Your office has its own fob key entry and all furniture within your office is lockable.

Licence Fee Inclusions

Licence fees with vary depending on the term of your tenure. However the agreed monthly licence fee is all you pay. This covers you for building maintenance, rates & taxes, lighting and power, and Wifi.

What is not included

There is a small up front charge to cover the cost of printing your name on the Reception Directory Board and key and fob deposits. Cleaning your office, contents and public liability for your suite is your responsibility.

Licence Terms

We offer 3, 6, 12 months and longer licence terms.

Car Parking

A single external car is included free of charge for every licencee. A limited number of undercover parks are available at additional cost.
